Event Coordination & Management
For clients who have already started planning, we step in to organize the remaining details, coordinate vendors, manage the timeline, and oversee the event so you can be fully present and enjoy it.
You have made the big decisions and booked the people you want. What remains is the work of pulling it all together — confirming, sequencing, and making sure everyone arrives knowing exactly what happens and when.
We step in ahead of your event to review what is in place, communicate with your vendors, finalize the timeline, and prepare for the day itself. On the day we manage setup, guests, and the run of the event, so the questions come to us rather than to you.
